Terms of service

Plain-language information for the SubmitSprint early-access preview.

Business use

SubmitSprint is intended for businesses, including sole traders buying for business purposes. You must be authorized to submit the product and provide its assets. The current site is an early-access preview; paid campaign checkout remains closed.

The scope of a campaign

A package covers the purchased number of proven submission attempts for one approved product profile. A counted attempt requires a completed final submission action with timestamped evidence tied to the product, campaign and directory. Approval, publication, backlinks, rankings, traffic and revenue are not guaranteed.

Excluded work

Paid directories, required reciprocal links or badges, unavoidable CAPTCHA, Google-SSO-only workflows, policy-prohibited automation and failed technical attempts do not count. The service will not create reviews, ratings, endorsements or community posts on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

Provide an accurate, launched product; approve the profile and assets; maintain the dedicated registration inbox and forwarding; and respond to questions requiring your judgment. Do not provide passwords for your Gmail account or assets you lack permission to use.

Timing and changes

The turnaround begins after payment, completed intake and verified forwarding. The 50, 100 and 250 attempt packages allow 5, 10 and 20 business days respectively. The campaign keeps an immutable copy of the approved profile. Material product changes may need a separate review.

Cancellation and shortfalls

A full refund is available before automation begins. After work starts, editorial rejection does not undo an evidenced attempt. Unfulfilled attempts qualify for a proportional refund if delivery cannot be completed within the turnaround plus a five-business-day cure period.

Final terms pending

Operator identification, jurisdiction, dispute handling, limitations and legally required disclosures need review before paid campaigns open. These preview terms do not constitute a finished commercial agreement.
