Before automation begins
You can cancel for a full refund before automation starts. Preparing a profile or joining early access does not create a charge.
What counts as delivered
An attempt is delivered when the final submission action is completed and supported by timestamped evidence. An editor’s later decision to reject the product does not make that completed attempt refundable.
What does not count
A paywall, reciprocal-link requirement, unavoidable CAPTCHA, unsupported login, broken form or other technical failure does not count as a delivered attempt. We look for an eligible replacement.
If the count falls short
If we cannot fulfill the purchased count within the stated turnaround plus five business days to resolve the shortfall, the refund is proportional to the undelivered attempts. For example, 10 undelivered attempts in a €99 / 50 attempt campaign correspond to €19.80.
