Sample directory submission report
Every number has a paper trail.
An illustrative report showing how submission evidence, live listings and exclusions are kept separate. The names and results below are fictional examples, not customer outcomes.

Receipts explain the total.
Each real report links evidence to a specific directory target and campaign. Captures have a timestamp and file hash. A final submission counts once per directory, even if several pieces of evidence are retained.
Publication is a separate outcome.
The example editorial rejection still counts because submission was proven. The paywall and CAPTCHA do not count. Live URLs and backlink verification are reported only when separately checked.
