What we collect
The service stores your email address, product profile, uploaded logos and screenshots, campaign configuration, submission evidence and account activity. Campaign forwarding can provide directory-message metadata and temporary encrypted email content. Do not upload customer data or unrelated private messages.
Why we use it
We use account information to authenticate you, product information to prepare submissions and evidence to report completed work. Service providers process the information needed to host the service, send transactional email, accept payments and store files. We do not sell your profile data.
Service providers
The planned production service uses the IONOS VPS for hosting and PostgreSQL, private S3-compatible storage, Resend for transactional and inbound email, and Stripe for payments. This preview has no advertising pixels or marketing analytics cookies.
Retention
The intended campaign policy is to purge raw forwarded email content within 48 hours and campaign email metadata 30 days after completion. Generated directory credentials are scheduled for deletion 30 days after completion. Account and evidence retention, backup retention and any statutory payment-record retention must be finalized before paid campaigns open.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data through the contact form. Stop forwarding mail from Gmail at any time. Turning off forwarding may prevent a campaign from progressing. See the data-deletion page for the request process.

The legal controller name, address, jurisdiction, final processing terms and rights contact are pending confirmation. This preview policy must be reviewed and completed before the commercial service launches.
